Zauberfee Cleaning Services Limited is a London based Introduction Agency for domestic cleaning and ironing services. We maintain a database of excellent and highly motivated independent domestic cleaners, which we introduce to private householders. We do not employ any cleaners. We simply introduce domestic householders to the friendly cleaners on our database – the magical cleaning fairies!

Zauberfee is a German word and means “magic fairy” in English. This describes the nature of the services we aim to provide – magical, shiny and sparkly!

Clients can choose between regular cleaning and/or ironing services, single cleaning and/or ironing appointments (e.g. before & after party cleaning services, before & after moving home cleaning services, after construction/renovation/repairs cleaning services, or simply a general one-off thorough home clean like a “spring clean”) as well as cleaning services for private landlords (e.g. Airbnb).

Client and cleaner agree a suitable cleaning schedule (including cancellations and rescheduling of appointments) and the client pays the cleaner directly. When cleaning and ironing, the cleaner is instructed and supervised by the client who is their employer.
