Choose between regular or one-off cleaning and/or ironing services or cleaning services for private landlords (e.g. Airbnb, holiday letting, short term or long term letting).
HOW TO BOOK A ZAUBERFEE!

Complete the brief contact form on the Zauberfee website (below).
We will then ask you to complete our Client Information Sheet, so that we can assess your specific requirements. We will confirm back to you whether one of our independent cleaners is available at the times you prefer to provide the services you require.

At this time, we will email you our Terms & Conditions, the Monthly Time Sheet, the Domestic Cleaner Task Sheet and the Zauberfee Cleaning Tips.

If you are happy with this, we will ask you to pay the introduction fee to Zauberfee Cleaning Services Limited (in the form of a monthly introduction fee for regular cleaning/ironing services or a single payment for one-off cleaning/ironing services) and then introduce you to an available cleaner.
You will then be able to speak to the cleaner to assess whether they are suitable for your specific needs, and, if yes, agree your first cleaning and/or ironing appointment with them. All your communications (e.g. cancellations, rescheduling etc) will now be with your cleaner directly. You will also pay the cleaning charge directly to your cleaner. We recommend that you pay in advance by bank transfer or immediately after each completed cleaning and/or ironing session.
6.
You will be responsible to arrange with your cleaner the appropriate access to your property.

You will instruct and supervise your cleaner and provide the necessary cleaning and ironing products as well as the required electrical appliances.
8.
Contact Zauberfee Cleaning Services Limited, if:
you require temporary cover for your absent cleaner,
you wish to switch cleaners,
you wish to change the terms of your agreement (e.g. more or less hours).

We introduce domestic householders to the friendly independent cleaners on our database – the magical cleaning fairies!
